I worked in the Missile Defense industry for 10 years, so I know a thing or two on the subject...
...what I do is not rocket science. The problem is that even though the concepts associated with business transformation are SIMPLE, implementing them is not easy. Which is where I come in.

I want your business to succeed as much as you do. Consider me as becoming part of your team and helping you achieve goals that are relevant for business leaders, such as:
• More sales
• Better profitability
• Better business productivity
• Better quality of life

You get the idea. If it’s associated with better enterprise or sales performance, I do it. More on that below.

What I don't do...
When it comes to strategic advisory, I won't tell you what to do.

I am a coaching expert...but I am not an expert on YOUR business.

I’ll give you a framework to help you figure things out, plan, come up with a strategy, etc. I’ll even be a sounding board for you. But I'm not going to tell you what to do.
No Teddy Bears. What that means is no group hugs, singing kum-ba-ya, chanting mantras, dabbling in metaphysics, cheerleading (Rah! Rah!),,,,
...Whatever misconceptions you may have on coaching, I don’t do it. My process works because my focus is on YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESS. A better business gives you better results, which then gives you the time to hug all the groups you want (just please don't include me).

What I don't do

Strategic Advisory / Coaching
Business Owners / CEOs: outcomes vary based on what is of specific importance to you, but – in general – the process often has the following results:

• Double digit sales growth
• Improved profitability and productivity
• Better employee retention and improved morale
• A significant reduction in the number of hours required to lead the business, so quality of life for the business owner greatly increases
• Higher company value (based on better growth, better profitability, and improved predictability of future free cash flows)

Sales professionals: results are usually a fairly rapid increase in sales from simple changes in the business development process. Sales growth is improved and sustained through adoption and frequent reinforcement of my sales model.

Executives: I help executives meet and exceed performance metrics through coaching, mentoring, and accountability. This work includes metrics development, goal setting, communications/relationship coaching/training, and so on.
